Students must provide accurate information during registration. EZWin Academy reserves the right to verify all information provided.
Classes are conducted online via video conferencing.
Fees are billed monthly and must be paid before the start of each billing cycle. Payment plans are available upon request and subject to approval.
Our money back guarantee applies during the first 4 weeks. If you do not see improvements and do not want to continue, WhatsApp us to request a refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days.
Except for the money back guarantee above, payment of all fees is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, non-attendance, or changes in personal schedules, whether before or after the programme's commencement.
Attendance Regular attendance is expected. Students should join lessons on time and be prepared with the required materials.
Late Arrival If a student joins late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. No extension will be provided unless agreed by EZWin Academy.
Behaviour Students must maintain appropriate behaviour and show respect to teachers and other students. EZWin Academy reserves the right to remove a student from a lesson if disruptive behaviour occurs.
Damage / Misconduct EZWin Academy will take necessary precautions to safeguard the well-being of students. Any costs incurred as a result of damage, injury, loss, expense, or liability caused by the student to public and/or private property will be borne by the parents/guardians.
EZWin Academy Cancellations EZWin Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. teacher illness, emergencies). A replacement class or alternative arrangement will be provided.
Student Cancellations / Rescheduling Parents/guardians should inform EZWin Academy as early as possible if a student is unable to attend.
Make-Up Lessons Make-up lessons are subject to scheduling availability and must be completed within a reasonable period determined by EZWin Academy.
Teacher Substitution EZWin Academy reserves the right to substitute or change teachers without prior notice.
Lessons are conducted as scheduled, including during the MOE school holidays (March, June, September, November, and December), unless otherwise stated.
If there are changes to schedules due to public holidays or special circumstances, parents/guardians will be informed in advance.
All lessons are recorded by default.
By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to lesson recordings.
If parents/guardians prefer a lesson not to be recorded, they must inform EZWin Academy in writing before the lesson begins. Approval is subject to EZWin Academy's discretion.
All course materials, including but not limited to notes, worksheets, and digital content, are the property of EZWin Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
EZWin Academy owns copyrights to students' work and compositions completed throughout the duration of the course. EZWin Academy may reproduce the work in a material form, publish and make an adaptation of the work for advertising or showcase purposes.
EZWin Academy will provide educational services with reasonable care and professionalism. However:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Students and parents enrolled have given permission to EZWin Academy to use testimonials for advertising and marketing purposes.
The enrolling parent/guardian is required to notify EZWin Academy of any changes to their particulars as listed on the Registration form. All correspondence will be sent to the current email/mailing address and EZWin Academy accepts no responsibility for undelivered correspondence.
EZWin Academy reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website.
