CHAPTER 01

Before EzWin

The challenge, the search, and finding a different approach.

01

What was Kevin finding difficult before joining EzWin?

Kevin felt that his previous tutor’s explanations were unclear and did not build a strong foundation. His grades were not improving much.

02

Had Kevin attended tuition before?

Luanne said Kevin had been attending maths and science tuition since Primary 4, but she had not seen much progress in maths.

03

How did Luanne find EzWin Academy?

She found Haris’s maths videos on Rednote. The methods looked easy to understand, so she showed Kevin and suggested trying a lesson.

CHAPTER 02

Learning with EzWin

Clearer explanations, more methods, and support between lessons.

04

What improvements did Kevin notice?

Kevin said he could work through questions faster and had more methods to choose from. If one approach did not work, he could try another.

05

What did he find helpful about the lessons?

He liked the interactive tools used to explore geometry and draw models. These helped him understand questions and methods more clearly.

06

What did Luanne find useful as a parent?

When Kevin was stuck on school maths, Luanne could message Haris for feedback. Similar questions on the same topic gave Kevin more practice.

CHAPTER 03

Looking back

The progress they noticed, and their advice for other families.

07

What changed in Kevin’s confidence and results?

Luanne noticed more confidence in Kevin’s maths and said he had improved to AL2. His marked papers show 68/100 in his P5 end-of-year exam and 89/100 in his P6 preliminary exam.

08

What would they say to another family considering EzWin?

Kevin recommended the clear explanations of complicated questions. Luanne suggested trying a lesson, noting that children learn differently and benefit when teaching adapts to them.

Could a different approach help your child too?
